Andrew Gwaivangmin is World Renew Program Consultant in Sierra Leone. He is a Nigerian by Nationality.

Born in 1960, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture (Agricultural Economics) from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan and a Master of Science Degree in Development Training and Education from the University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom.  Andrew is married to Christie and has three children. They are based in Kabala, Koinadugu District of Sierra Leone.

He joined World Renew in 2012 and as the Program Consultant is responsible for building the capacity of the strategic partners.  The work currently encompass, provision of clean and portable drinking water supply through open wells gravity water and micro dams; agriculture (food security) through promotion of a seed bank program and food grain house construction; environmental protection and hygiene, community hall construction, gender education and promotion, primary schools building construction, rural infrastructure such as the construction of culverts, village savings and loans, rural roads rehabilitation and more recently, leadership development, Ebola Sensitization and prevention project.
