The largest humanitarian crisis since 1945 is happening and many in North America don’t know. More than 20 million people are on the brink of famine and starvation in northeast Nigeria, Somalia, South Sudan and Yemen, and millions more in neighboring countries are facing similar circumstances. Please tell your friends and family about the enormous needs.

TODAY is the last day that Canadian donations to World Renew’s famine and drought response are eligible for a match through the Canadian government’s Famine Relief Fund.

World Renew is already providing life-saving assistance to thousands, but the crisis continues and more needs to be done. Parents still go to bed hungry, and child malnutrition remains an enormous concern.

By donating before June 30, your donation will have twice the impact! For every $1 donated to World Renew’s famine and drought response by Canadians, the Canadian Government will put $1 into the Famine Relief Fund. World Renew, like other Canadian humanitarian organizations, is eligible to apply for funds from the Famine Relief Fund to further help hungry families.

Canadian donations are also eligible for the existing match of up to 4:1 through the Canadian Foodgrains Bank. That means that until June 30, all donations made to help families affected by this crisis are eligible to be matched up to five times!

Please give generously today.
